Well, there’s a saying a picture says a thousand words… Not in this case though, when you click on the image, it says a few words to summarize. HAHA.
We had the little one’s birthday at Sembawang Mc Donald’s. She just turned 2 recently. Her birthday’s supposed to be on the 8th but we were headed for Hello Kitty Town on her actual date. 😛
So, yeah we celebrated a day earlier which is on the 7th. I am going to be super REAL here.
The wait for the food was SUPER long. The guests including us were like dang hungry. Probably turned grumpy too. HAHAHA
However, as time went by, things became much more interesting. After our tummies were filled, we were entertained by the games conducted by the host. ADULTS got to choose an Extra Value Meal, which they did… And children got to order a Happy Meal. My girl got nuggets and fries. 😛 I know, it’s unhealthy but it’s like a one of thing people. CHILL.
Anyways, moving forward, the game started. We had two games, sauce tasting and shopping bag. It was sorta like a hubby VS in laws thingy. So, we were having quite a truckload of fun! Some guessed sauces that were not even in the Mc Donald’s menu, including ME. I can be pretty naughty you know. LOL
Next, was shopping bag. They gave us a list of things to look for i.e. belt, watch, wallet, ring etc. So, we had to co-operate. The funniest was umbrella which showcased my cousin’s bravery. She went to one of the people in Mc Donald’s to get an umbrella. That’s the spirit girl! HAHAHA
Afterwhich, we had cake-cutting. We ordered a Durian cake from Prima Deli. WOW, super delish! Even the host at Mc Donald’s said it smelt super good. LOVIN’ IT!
When we were in food coma, it finally came to the goodie bags part. Each of us got a goodie bag.
It was a small affair kinda thing between 2 families. My daughter had a mini dance off with herself. HAHA she danced to I’m the one by DJ Khaled. You can check out the Youtube video under the title ‘2 year old toddler dancing to DJ Khaled’s I’m The One’.
Although the wait for food was really challenging for all of us, we managed to pull through and had a great time.
Absolutely thankful and lots of love to all the guests that came!
