As part of my Slimming in Action plan, I had no rice involved but had the above breakfast.
It consisted of:
2) Boneless Fish
And my favorite, sambal belachan!
I have stopped any form of teas – green tea, peach tea etc. As it is not that good for health. I usually end up having phlegm. And cough consecutively. So, now I just stick to Ice Milo.
Delish meal which I ate @ 0830. To be honest, I am feeling hungry now BUT have to wait for lunch! LOL
