Brisk Walking, Breakfast, Lunch & Detox (Slimming in Action)

Today I briskwalked a total of 1.6 km + 1.3 km = 2.9km. I was sweating profusely as 1) the weather was super hot 2) it was quite a looong walk.

I felt guilty for eating something that is not as planned such as Lontong Goreng + Warm Soya Milk and Nasi Ayam + Iced Water. I don’t detox everyday as per instructed but I do when I have something kinda heavy. Though today’s food was a part of my guilty pleasure, I had it in a small portion as compared to before the Slimming in Action plan.

So, I had my detox afterwhich, made up of natural herbs.

This stuff seriously works that is why I don’t have it everyday… I tried a week before my wedding years ago like twice per day. Everything from my intestine came out… Probably not a single trace of poop left in my intestine I guess… LOL

Moving on, since I don’t eat rice on weekdays… I take the detox every alternate day.

So far, I don’t feel as tired as before. I also don’t feel super heavy. I guess my dinner should be balanced and SUPER light now.
